Collection of Information

K-plus solutions collects information from you when you request copies of publications, subscribe for email newsletters and press releases, seek additional information regarding our services or employment opportunities, exchange business cards, or register for conferences and other K-plus solutions sponsored events. The personal data collected varies and may include information that you provide, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and background information required to apply for a job.

We may also automatically collect information about the devices you use to interact with our Sites. Use of Information

K-plus solutions uses your personal data to fulfill your requests for information, process your requests to participate in conferences and events, personalize content that you view or receive on the Sites, evaluate and improve our services, distribute newsletters and alerts to you, recruit and evaluate job applicants, analyze the Sites’ performance and functioning, publish your letters to the editor or comments, prevent fraud, enforce our terms of use, comply with all applicable laws and corporate reporting obligations, enforce K-plus solutions’s agreements, and accomplish other purposes you may initiate or request. We need to transfer personal information which is collected on the Sites or through other means across K-plus solutions to help operate our business efficiently. Data Retention

K-plus solutions retains personal data, as necessary, for the duration of the relevant business relationship.

K-plus solutions understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy, particularly in their online interactions. Our Sites are not designed for and do not intentionally target or solicit to children 18 years of age and younger.

Web beacons. K-plus solutions includes a web beacon, which is a graphic image, in a majority of the HTML email messages we send. K-plus solutions uses web beacons, alone or in conjunction, with cookies to compile information about your usage of K-plus solutions websites and interaction with emails from K-plus solutions. We use the capability to determine whether or not an email has been received, opened, or when an URL has been clicked inside of an email that directs you to one of K-plus solutions’s websites.
